1. Keep 5 Photos Ready

  • Overall Workstation setup
  • Laptop or Desktop unit
  • Headset / External microphone
  • Wi-Fi Router / Modem
  • UPS / Power backup unit

2. Headset & Audio Setup

  • Use headset or external mic (avoid laptop built-in mic).
  • Unmute physical switch on headset.
  • Set default sound output to headset.

3. Browser Permissions

When prompted by Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, click "Allow" for both Camera and Microphone. Live webcamera capture is required for video hardware compliance (file upload disabled).

4. 50 Mbps Speed Standard

Company standard: 50 Mbps Download and 50 Mbps Upload (symmetric), with ≤ 60 ms Ping Latency.
